Abstract:
A high frequency circuit (1) is provided with a carrier amplifier (11), a peak amplifier (12), a transformer (20), and an impedance conversion circuit (30). One end of an input-side coil (201) is connected to an output terminal of the carrier amplifier (11). One end of an output-side coil (202) is connected to a signal output terminal (200). The impedance conversion circuit (30) includes a main line (301) and a sub-line (302). One end (31a) of the main line (301) is connected to an output terminal of the peak amplifier (12). The other end (31b) of the main line (301) is connected to the other end of the input-side coil (201). One end (32b) of the sub-line (302) is connected to the one end (31a) of the main line (301). The other end (32a) of the sub-line (302) is connected to ground. A first direction from the one end (31a) to the other end (31b) of the main line (301) is the same as a second direction from the other end (32a) to the one end (32b) of the sub-line (302).
