Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to stabilize the power supply voltage supplied to a power amplifier in an average power tracking (APT) scheme, for a case in which the APT scheme and an envelope tracking (ET) scheme are supported. A high frequency circuit (100) is provided with a power amplifier (111), a control circuit (controller (107)), an on/off switch (108), a connection terminal (85), and a mounting board. The power amplifier (111) is compatible with an APT scheme and an ET scheme. The control circuit controls the power amplifier (111) by means of the APT scheme and the ET scheme. The on/off switch (108) is connected in series with a capacitive element (320) which is connected between a pathway (R2) and ground. The capacitive element (320) is connected to the connection terminal (85). The control circuit and the connection terminal (85) overlap one another as seen in a plan view from the thickness direction of the mounting board.
