Abstract:
A high frequency circuit (1) comprises: a power amplification circuit (10) capable of handling a predetermined power class permitting a first maximum output power (P1max); and a filter circuit (60) connected to the power amplification circuit (10) and having a passband including an uplink operation band of a band A for FDD. The power amplification circuit (10) (i) amplifies a signal of the band A so that the output power of the signal of the band A is limited by the first maximum output power (P1max) in sub-periods (SD11 and SD12) if the SAR does not exceed a reference value, and (ii) amplifies the signal of the band A so that the output power of the signal of the band A is limited by the first maximum output power (P1max) in the sub-period (SD11) and is limited by a second maximum output power (P2max) in the sub-period (SD12) if the SAR exceeds the reference value.
