Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-frequency fragile RFID electronic tag with an anti-transfer function and a preparation method therefor. The tag comprises a bearing substrate, a first adhesive layer, a resin film, an etched antenna layer, a chip, a first insulation layer, a conductive circuit layer, a second adhesive layer and a pattern bearing layer, wherein the resin film is located between the bearing substrate and the etched antenna layer, and the etched antenna layer is formed by a copper foil or an aluminium foil via an etching process; the conductive circuit layer and the etched antenna layer together form a composite high-frequency antenna of the fragile RFID electronic tag, the conductive circuit layer achieves the power-on of a wire jumper on the etched antenna layer, and the first insulation layer is arranged between the conductive circuit layer and the etched antenna layer; and the chip is connected to the etched antenna layer, a core material assembly is formed by the etched antenna layer, the conductive circuit layer, the first insulation layer and the chip, and the pattern bearing layer is bonded to the other side of the whole core material assembly through the second adhesive layer. The present invention can ensure the anti-counterfeiting performance of the whole electronic tag, thereby greatly improving the security of products.
