Abstract:
This high frequency module (1) comprises: a switch circuit (20) which has a transmission terminal (22a), a reception terminal (22b), a selection terminal (22c), and a common terminal (21a) and can switch between (A) a connection between the transmission terminal (22a) and the common terminal (21a), (B) a connection between the transmission terminal (22a) and the selection terminal (22c), and the common terminal (21a), (C) a connection between the reception terminal (22b) and the selection terminal (22c), and the common terminal (21a), and (D) a connection between the reception terminal (22b) and the common terminal (21a); a transmission and reception filter (11) which is connected to the common terminal (21a), uses a transmission and reception band of a communication band A as a pass band, and is applied to a time-division duplex system; and a DTC (23) which is connected to the selection terminal (22c) and has a capacitance value that varies according to the connection switching of the switch circuit (20).
