A high frequency module (1) comprises a plurality of external connection terminals (150), wherein the plurality of external connection terminals (150) include: an antenna connection terminal (101) that connects to one end of a filter (651) and one end of a filter (652); an antenna connection terminal (102) that connects to the other end of the filter (651); an antenna connection terminal (103) that connects to the other end of the filter (652); an antenna connection terminal (104) that connects, via a switch (51), to a duplexer (61) and a transmission/reception filter (62); and an antenna connection terminal (105) that connects, via the switch (51), to a duplexer (63) and a transmission/reception filter (64).
