Title:
HIGH-FREQUENCY MODULE AND COMMUNICATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/215547
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of suppressing degradation of characteristics, even when two components that are connected to a ground electrode are transmitting at the same time. This high-frequency module (1) comprises a mounting board (100), a plurality of components, a resin layer (120), and a ground electrode. The plurality of components include a first component, a second component, and a third component. The first component is either of a first filter (51) and a first power amp (81). The second component is either of a second filter (52) and a second power amp (82). A top surface of the first component and a top surface of the second component are connected to the ground electrode. The first component and the second component can transmit at the same time. The third component does not transmit at the same time as the first component and the second component. As seen in plan view from the thickness direction of the mounting board (100), the third component is arranged between the first component and the second component.
