Abstract:
In the present invention, on a dielectric (6), a first transmission line (1), a second transmission line (2), and an inter-transmission line dielectric (7) positioned therebetween are provided. The inter-transmission line dielectric (7) has a dielectric constant independent of surrounding dielectrics including the dielectric (6). One end of the first transmission line (1) is short-circuited at a through hole (3), and an end section of the second transmission line (2) on a side opposite to the one end of the first transmission line (1) is short-circuited at a through hole (4). A high frequency input/output terminal (9) is provided to either the first transmission line (1) or the second transmission line (2).
