Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-load explosion-proof driving device, comprising a servo electric motor (1), a reduction gearbox (2) and a power output assembly (3), wherein a power output shaft of the servo electric motor (1) is connected to the reduction gearbox (2); a power output shaft of the reduction gearbox (2) is connected to the power output assembly (3); and the power output assembly (3) comprises a stepped sleeve (3-1), a coupler (3-2), a wheel supporting sleeve (3-7) and a driving wheel (3-12), the stepped sleeve (3-1) comprising a sleeve and a flat flange located on the right side of the sleeve, the flat flange being connected to the body of a robot, the coupler (3-2) passing through a central round hole of the stepped sleeve (3-1), a first bearing structure (3-13, 3-15) and a first sealing structure (3-16) being arranged between the coupler (3-2) and the stepped sleeve (3-1), a rotary seal being formed between the coupler (3-2) and the stepped sleeve (3-1), a driving wheel key (3-11) being arranged on the left side of the coupler (3-2), a driving wheel sleeve (3-9) being further externally sleeved on the left side of the coupler (3-2), the driving wheel key (3-11) being fitted and connected to the driving wheel sleeve (3-9), and the driving wheel sleeve (3-9) being connected to the driving wheel (3-12). By means of the driving device, a protection characteristic is achieved and power transmitted from the reduction gearbox (2) is divided, and thus, the load capacity of a movable chassis is increased.
