Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-loop-stability LDO circuit based on load-dependent zero mobile compensation, and a method. The LDO circuit comprises an LDO circuit body based on load-dependent zero mobile compensation, the LDO circuit body comprising a PMOS transistor MP6. The LDO circuit further comprises a dynamic resistance multiplication circuit in adaptive connection with the PMOS transistor MP6, wherein the dynamic resistance multiplication circuit generates, according to a load change state, a dynamic adjustment resistor connected in parallel with the PMOS transistor MP6, the dynamic adjustment resistor is connected in parallel with a resistor followed by the PMOS transistor MP6 to form a load equivalent resistance, and the formed load equivalent resistance is less than an equivalent resistance maximum value of the PMOS transistor MP6 in a loop-stable state, such that the high-frequency pole frequency of the LDO circuit body is greater than the unit gain frequency of the LDO circuit body. On the basis of the load-dependent zero mobile compensation, and when the load is greatly changed, the present invention can always maintain the loop stability and improve the load response capability.
