Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-low temperature ambient test box refrigeration system and method capable of performing rewarming by using ambient heat. The system comprises an out-box heat exchanger, an in-box heat exchanger and a refrigerant pump, wherein a throttle valve is connected in series between an outlet of the out-box heat exchanger and an inlet of the in-box heat exchanger; a first stop valve is connected in parallel between two ports of the throttle valve; a fourth stop valve, a refrigeration compressor and a fifth stop valve are sequentially connected between an outlet of the in-box heat exchanger and an inlet pipeline of the out-box heat exchanger; a second stop valve, a liquid storage tank and a refrigerant pump are sequentially connected to the outlet of the in-box heat exchanger by means of pipelines; and an outlet pipeline of the refrigerant pump is connected to the inlet of the out-box heat exchanger by means of a third stop valve. In this system, the refrigerant pump is configured to drive a refrigerant to overcome the resistance to flow, and the temperature difference between the environment and the interior of a test box, as well as the ambient heat, is fully utilized to raise the temperature inside the box, thereby effectively reducing the operation energy consumption and cost of the test box; in addition, the environment is cooled by using the cooling capacity in the cooled box, which creates a remarkable energy-saving effect.
