Abstract:
Provided are a high- and low-temperature resistant, anti-vibration and thermal-insulation material, and a preparation method therefor. Firstly, porous fibers are prepared, and a porous fiber non-woven fabric is prepared therefrom, wherein a fluffy structure facilitates the combination with rubber; a raw rubber material is synthesized, and the raw rubber contains phosphorus, which facilitates the flame retardant property of the final material in a high-temperature environment, wherein rapid combustion may reduce the final ceramic/glass generation proportion, the improvement of the flame retardant property is beneficial for improving the final ceramic/glass proportion, a raw rubber monomer contains a hydroxyl, which facilitates the combination of fumed silica and boric acid with the raw rubber, and the silica and the boric acid are added to improve the final ceramic generation proportion; in addition, adding fumed silica improves the rubber strength; and finally, the fluffy porous fiber non-woven fabric is coated with the raw rubber, and a porous fiber reinforced foam rubber composite material is then obtained by means of a high-temperature treatment. The composite material has a performance featuring low density, low-temperature heat insulation, high-temperature heat insulation and vibration resistance.
