Abstract:
A high-magnetic-induction high-frequency nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy, the molecular formula thereof being FeaSibBcMdCuePf. M is one or a plurality of Nb, Mo, V, Mn, or Cr, molar percentages of the elements are 6 ≤ b ≤15, 5 ≤ c ≤ 12, 0.5 ≤ d ≤ 3, 0.5 ≤ e ≤ 1.5, 0.5 ≤ f ≤ 3, and the remainder is Fe and impurities. The difference between the induced anisotropy value and average magnetocrystalline anisotropy value thereof is 0.1 - 1J / m3. The soft magnetic alloy has high magnetic permeability and low magnetic loss at a high frequency. A preparation method for the high-magnetic-induction high-frequency nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy, in which a thermal field, a transverse magnetic field, and repeated cycles of a cold field are used to make the induced anisotropy value (Ku) be close to the average magnetocrystalline anisotropy value (), thereby improving high frequency soft magnetic properties.
