Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly boards, and specifically provides a high-moisture-resistance environment-friendly multi-component composite floor and a production process thereof. The composite floor comprises a substrate layer, a decorative layer, and a bottom plate layer, the decorative layer is a wood coating layer which is a waterproof wood coating coated on the surface of the substrate layer, and the bottom plate layer and the substrate layer are both poplar veneers; the waterproof wood coating is coated on the surface of one side of the substrate layer to form the decorative layer, then the bottom plate layer is glued to the surface of the other side of the substrate layer by employing an environment-friendly MDI adhesive, then wax coating sealing is carried out on notches formed by the substrate layer and the bottom plate layer, and the moisture-resistance environment-friendly multi-component composite floor is prepared; finally, wax coating sealing is carried out on the notches formed by the substrate layer and the bottom plate layer, and a more dense waterproof oil film is formed on the notches.
