Abstract:
Provided are a high-molecular copolymer coating and a preparation method therefor. The coating is prepared from the following components: a base material, wherein the base material uses a polydicyclopentadiene resin system; a pigment; and an auxiliary agent. The polydicyclopentadiene resin system is prepared from the following components: dicyclopentadiene; and a resin polymerization reaction catalyst. The weight percentage of dicyclopentadiene in the polydicyclopentadiene resin system is greater than or equal to 50%. The polydicyclopentadiene resin system is used as the base material of the coating, and polydicyclopentadiene is low in viscosity and can be freely sprayed, extended, and leveled, and thus, an organic solvent does not need to be added into the coating, no pollution risk is generated, water and an emulsifier do not need to be added, and the coating has the effects of being environmentally friendly, waterproof, low in cost, and the like. In addition, the coating further has the excellent characteristics of acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt water corrosion resistance, and the like, and is suitable for coastal cities, wharfs, ships, submarines, and other marine devices.
