Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-performance clamping structure for injection molding and trimming of a large garbage can, comprising a workbench. A fixed base is fixedly disposed at a top end of the workbench; a driver is fixedly connected to a top end of the fixed base; a rotating rod is fixedly connected to an output end of the driver, and the other end of the rotating rod is provided with a fixed cylinder; a first fixed clamping plate is fixedly connected to the other end of the fixed cylinder, and a first fixed rod is fixedly connected to a bottom end of the first fixed clamping plate; a second fixed rod is further slidably connected to the top end of the workbench, and a second fixed clamping plate is fixedly connected to a top end of the second fixed rod; the workbench is further provided with an adjusting device. In the present invention, the structure is simple and the operation is convenient. After the garbage bin is clamped by the device, an adjusting spring can be stretched as the pressure increases, so that the force borne by the garbage can is reduced, and the effect of protecting the garbage can is achieved, and garbage cans of different specifications can be clamped.
