Abstract:
A high-performance ecological SPC floor board and a preparation process therefor, relating to the technical field of PVC boards. The invention solves the problems in existing products of poor wear resistance and high floor board shrinkage, and consists of 70-80 parts PVC SG-5 resin, 250-275 parts heavy calcium carbonate, 50-70 parts of a SPC floor board recycled material, 3-4 parts PVC processing aid HL-801, 6.2-6.5 parts Liyang calcium/zinc stabilizer SP-950, 1.0-1.2 parts inner lubricant SP-60, 1.0-1.2 parts outer lubricating PE wax, and 3-5 parts toughener CPE. The invention can be used to produce an ecological SPC floor board.
