Abstract:
Disclosed are a high-performance hole transport material, and a preparation method therefor and application thereof. The structure of the hole transport material is represented by formula (I), wherein Ar1 and Ar2 are independently an unsubstituted or substituted carbazole unit, a fluorene unit, a dibenzofuran unit, and a dibenzothiophene unit; and a substituted substituent is alkyl, alkoxy, or alkylthio separately having 1-6 carbon atoms. The hole transport material has a high glass transition temperature, a low HOMO energy level, and good hole mobility. The preparation method for the hole transport material is simple, easy in product purification, and low in cost, and is used for preparing a photoelectric device, particularly an OLED device and a solar cell device.
