Title:
HIGH-PERFORMANCE INSTANT COLD WATER UNIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/201374
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-performance instant cooling unit, comprising: a flow path plate which has a flow path formed on the back surface thereof and connects a purified water inlet pipe and a purified water discharge pipe to both ends of the flow path; a closing plate which closes the flow path and is coupled to the flow path plate; a thermoelectric module for thermoelectrically cooling water flowing in the flow path of the flow path plate; a cooling water flow path plate which has a cooling water flow path formed inside to cool heat generated by the thermoelectric module, and connects a cooling water inlet pipe and a cooling water discharge pipe to both ends of the cooling water flow path; and a reinforcing frame disposed on the opposite surface of a closing plate coupling surface of the flow path plate, wherein the cooling water flow path plate is formed of an injection material of a metal material. According to the present invention, by replacing the structure and material of each component such, as the cooling water flow path plate, of the instant cold water unit with an improved structure and material different from the prior art, there is an effect of minimizing deformation and damage of the instant cold water unit and reducing manufacturing costs while improving performance.
