Abstract:
A high-performance nano-coated corrugated-tube special chlorine gas valve, relating to the technical field of corrugated-tube special chlorine gas valve designs. The valve comprises a valve body (1), a valve seat (2), a valve disc (3), a corrugated tube assembly (4), a valve cover (5), a valve stem (6), a packing gland (7), a transmission rod (8), a guide block (9), a transmission nut (10), and a handwheel (11). The valve seat (2), the valve disc (3), and the valve stem (6) are provided in the valve body (1), and the valve disc (3) is arranged at an end of the valve stem (6). The valve cover (5) is provided above the valve body (1). An upper end of the valve rod (6) is connected to the transmission rod (8) in a floating manner by means of the guide block (9), and the transmission rod (8) is connected to the handwheel (11) by means of the transmission nut (10). The corrugated tube assembly (4) is provided between the valve cover (5) and the valve stem (6). The corrugated tube assembly (4) comprises a corrugated tube (4-1). A stuffing box (12) is provided above the corrugated tube (4-1), and an upper end of the stuffing box (12) is welded to the valve cover (5). A positioning bushing (13) is provided below the corrugated tube (4-1), and the positioning bushing (13) is welded to the valve stem (6). Sealing packing (14) is provided in the stuffing box (12). The packing gland (7) is provided above the sealing packing (14), and is connected to the valve cover (5) by a bolt. The device has a good sealing effect, does not leak easily, has a long service life, and is safe and reliable.
