Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-performance sole material, which comprises the following raw materials: 70-80 parts of an EVA, 20-30 parts of a TPU, 3-10 parts of a compatilizer, 10-20 parts of a reinforcing agent, 1-2 parts of an antioxidant, and 0.2-1 part of a lubricant, wherein the EVA is an EVA with a VA content of 30-40%; the reinforcing agent is prepared by mixing an aminated nano-SiO2 with EVA-grafted and modified nano-SiO2 at a mass ratio of 1:1; and the compatilizer is one or a mixture of more than one of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer grafted maleic anhydride, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer grafted methyl methacrylate, and polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride. The present invention further discloses a preparation method for the high-performance sole material. The EVA-based sole composite material prepared by using the preparation method of the present invention not only has high elasticity and shock absorption performance, but also has relatively strong anti-skid performance and strength, such that the application field of EVA shoe materials is expanded. The overall preparation method is simple and convenient, is easy to implement, and has important practical application value.
