Abstract:
An ultra high pressure pump, which comprises a foot plate (1) and a handle assembly (2); a base (16) is arranged at the middle of the foot plate (1), and a filter (10) is connected to the foot plate (1); a plug (15), an abutment screw (14), a one way valve seat (18), and a third stage air cylinder tube (8) are arranged at the middle of the base (16) in order from bottom to top; a first stage air cylinder tube (6) is threadedly connected to an upper outer ring of the base (16); an air discharge connector (13) is connected at one side of the base (16); a second stage fixed piston (5) is connected to the third stage air cylinder tube (8); a push rod (4) is arranged in a hole of the third stage air cylinder tube (8); a third stage piston (23) is connected to a lower end of the push rod (4), and an upper end of the push rod (4) passes through the second stage fixed piston (5) and is connected to the handle assembly (2) by means of a rivet pin (3); a lower end of the handle assembly (2) is fixedly connected to a second stage air cylinder tube (7), and a lower end of the second stage air cylinder tube (7) is connected to a first stage piston (9). The present ultra high pressure pump has a compact structure, is novel and sensible, air output is clean and pure and can be directly used for breathing, inflating efficiency is improved, frequency of maintenance is greatly reduced and maintenance is very easy, a safety hazard is eliminated, and safety and service life are improved.
