Abstract:
A polypeptide monolayer membrane having a high surface potential and hydrophobicity, preparation therefor, and application thereof. The polypeptide is composed of a polypeptide molecule having a molecular weight of (1.48 ± 0.2) × 105 g/mol. The thickness of the monolayer membrane is 17.3 to 18.5 nm. The exposure of primary amino groups on the membrane surface is 11 to 11.8%, and the Zeta potential of the polypeptide monolayer membrane is −3 to −2 mV. The contact angle of the membrane is 84 ± 1°. The surface of the polypeptide monolayer membrane has a micro-nano structure, enabling the polypeptide monolayer membrane to have a certain hydrophobic property beneficial to the waterproofing of a biomimetic skin surface. Additionally, the surface of the polypeptide monolayer membrane has a higher potential, which can improve biocompatibility, blood compatibility, and cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation capabilities.
