Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-power alloy foil resistor, comprising a substrate, a resistance element, which is attached to the substrate, and electrodes, which are connected to two ends of the resistance element, wherein the resistance element comprises one intermediate material member and two resistance alloy members; the intermediate material member is sandwiched between the two resistance alloy members and are connected to both of the two resistance alloy members; the two resistance alloy members are respectively connected to the electrodes at two ends; and the intermediate material member is made of a low-resistivity high-thermal-conductivity metal material. A middle region of a resistance element is replaced with a low-resistivity high-thermal-conductivity material, and a heat concentration region is divided into two parts. Heat concentration points of the resistance element can be segmented, and a heat transmission path can be shortened, thereby improving the heat dissipation capability of an entire resistor, and improving the use power of a product. Furthermore, a middle part of the resistance element is replaced with a low-resistivity metal, and the designed length of the resistance element is reduced, such that a resistor having a lower resistance value can be designed and produced.
