Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-power LED lighting device which is used for solving the problems of the center of a lens array being cracked and the LED junction temperature in the center area being too high. The lighting device comprises a substrate (1) with LED chips, a lens support (2) and a lens array (3) that are sequentially installed, wherein collimating lenses in one-to-one correspondence with the LED chips are arranged on the lens support (2); the center of the lens support (2) is a hollowed-out structure (4); the substrate (1) is provided with a bottom plate (5) corresponding to the hollowed-out structure (4) in position; the bottom plate (5) is provided with a boss (6); an inner cavity used for mounting the LED chips is formed between the boss (6) and the bottom plate (5); and the boss (6) is provided with collimating lenses corresponding to the LED chips.
