Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-precision assistance device for mounting of a steam turbine rotor, comprising a base and a supporting frame. The base is used for supporting assemblies thereon; the supporting frame is mounted on the base; a guide anti-shake assembly and a mounting assistance assembly are provided on the supporting frame; a lifting driving assembly is provided on the base; and a telescopic wheel assembly is provided at the bottom of the base. The present invention relates to the technical field of mounting of steam turbine parts, and has the following beneficial effects: a rotor having no suspension structure can be fixed by means of adjustable clamps of the mounting assistance assembly, and by means of the guide anti-shake assembly, the rotor can be prevented from shaking when the rotor is lifted, so that the rotor can be maintained at a horizontal mounting position, the rotor can be prevented from collision due to shaking, the rotor can be conveniently assembled in cooperation with a worker, and the rotor can be precisely mounted.
