Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-precision center frame, comprising a bottom base (7), wherein an adjusting jig (5) is mounted on the bottom base (7); a mounting plate (6) is mounted on the adjusting jig (5); an up-down adjustment base (8) is mounted on the mounting plate (6); a pneumatic gripper (9) is mounted on the up-down adjustment base (8); a pressing claw (3) for clamping a workpiece is mounted at an output end of the pneumatic gripper (9), and a workpiece (1) is clamped in the middle of the pressing claw (3); and a front-back limiting device is arranged on one side of the adjusting jig (5), and the adjusting jig (5) is limited by means of the front-back limiting device so as to adjust the center position of a spindle. The high-precision center frame only uses two pneumatic cylinders, the pressing claw and other parts to achieve the functions of center positioning and clamping of the workpiece, same has a simple structure and reliable functions, and can eliminate a product error to improve the machining precision of products.
