Abstract:
A current sampling circuit having the function of in-chip real-time calibration. The current sampling circuit is used for measuring a turning-on current of a driving transistor (100), and comprises a first resistor (1), a second resistor (2), a voltage sampling circuit (3), a sampled voltage operation circuit (4) and a turning-on resistance calibration circuit (5), wherein the voltage sampling circuit (3) is used for acquiring a turning-on voltage drop value Vds of the driving transistor (100); the turning-on resistance calibration circuit (5) comprises a standard current source (308) and a calibration transistor (309), a turning-on resistance value of the calibration transistor (309) being set to K1 times a turning-on resistance value of the driving transistor (100); the turning-on voltage drop value Vds, which is acquired by the voltage sampling circuit (3), of the driving transistor (100) and a turning-on voltage drop value Vrsns of the calibration transistor (309) are input into the sampled voltage operation circuit (4), so as to obtain a ratio relationship K2 between the turning-on voltage drop value Vds and the turning-on voltage drop value Vrsns; and when the current value of the standard current source (308) is Iref, the turning-on current Ids of the driving transistor (100) is: Ids = K1 * K2 * Iref.
