A high-precision miniaturized on-orbit calibration device and method for a six-dimensional force sensor of a mechanical arm of a space station. The calibration device comprises a fixed support (15), three force applying devices, and a square stress block (22). The fixed support (15) is of an inverted pi shape. The three force applying devices are installed on two vertical plates and a transverse plate of the fixed support (15) respectively, and the height of the three force applying devices can be adjusted. Each force applying device comprises a force applying head (1), a uniaxial tension pressure sensor (2), a force source assembly, and a fastening assembly. Each force source assembly comprises an upper supporting plate (3), a second electrode plate (11), a piezoelectric ceramic piece (7), a first electrode plate (6) and a lower supporting plate (4) which are sequentially and coaxially arranged from top to bottom. Each uniaxial tension pressure sensor (2) is mounted at the top of the upper supporting plate (3), and each hemispherical force applying head (1) is mounted at the top of the corresponding uniaxial tension pressure sensor (2); each square stress block (22) is mounted at the top of the corresponding six-dimensional force sensor (23) to be calibrated. Standard acting force is generated by means of the piezoelectric ceramic piece (7) and a high-precision uniaxial force sensor, on-orbit calibration under the weightless environment is achieved, and the device has the advantages of small size, large force value, and stable force source, etc.
