Abstract:
A high-precision pulse width measurement circuit, and a measurement method. The circuit comprises: a sampling clock and calibration clock circuit, which comprises a group of delay units and a clock frequency divider, wherein each delay unit is used for outputting a periodic sampling clock signal HRCLK, and the clock frequency divider is used for generating, according to the sampling clock signal HRCLK, a low-frequency clock signal CALCLK for sampling precision calibration; a sampling circuit, which only works in an HRCLK clock domain, and comprises a counter HRCNT, four capture registers HRCAP1-HRCAP4, and an edge detection and interruption control circuit; and a calibration circuit, which comprises counters CALCNT and SYSCNT, bit capture registers CALCAP and SYSCAP, a bit register CALPRD, and a comparator. The method is implemented on the basis of the circuit. The method and the circuit have the advantages of a simple principle, simple and convenient operation, high measurement precision, etc.
