Abstract:
A rotating ring-shaped part inner supporting air flotation-type static balancing apparatus, comprising an air flotation cavity (1), an end cover (2), a support (3), a supporting column (4), a disc seat (5) and two axial positioning apparatuses (6). A working air cavity (1-2) and a plurality of cylindrical air intake channels (1-3) communicating with the working air cavity (1-2) are provided in the air flotation cavity (1), the working air cavity (1-2) is located at one end of the air flotation cavity (1), an arc-shaped working surface (1-1) is machined at the top end of the air flotation cavity (1), and a plurality of air intake holes (1-4) communicating with the cylindrical air intake channels (1-3) are machined in the working surface (1-1). The end cover (2) is fixedly mounted on the end face of the side of the air flotation cavity (1) close to the working air cavity (1-2), the end cover (2) is in sealed connection with the working air cavity (1-2) of the air flotation cavity (1), an air supply hole (2-2) communicating with the working air cavity (1-2) is machined in the end cover (2), and the bottom end of the end cover (2) is rotatably connected to the top end of the support (3). The side of the air flotation cavity (1) away from the working air cavity (1-2) is connected to the disc seat (5) by means of the supporting column (4), and the two axial positioning apparatuses (6) are respectively mounted on two sides of the air flotation cavity (1) along the axial direction. A rotating ring-shaped part inner supporting air flotation-type static balancing apparatus-based method, comprising the following steps: S1, placing, on the air flotation cavity (1), a rotating ring-shaped part to undergo static balancing, and adjusting the elevation and levelness so that the rotating ring-shaped part is in a horizontal position; S2, an external air supply forms an air film which has a bearing capacity between the working surface (1-1) of the air flotation cavity (1) and the inner surface of the rotating ring-shaped part by means of the working air cavity (1-2) and the air intake holes (1-4), so that the rotating ring-shaped part floats; and S3, rotating the rotating ring-shaped part, if static unbalance is present in the rotating ring-shaped part, automatically rotating a phase containing an unbalance amount to the lowest point to be static, performing de-duplication in said phase or adding duplication in a reverse phase thereof, and repeating the process until the phase at the lowest point is random after the rotating ring-shaped part is static, and completing the static balance operation of the rotating ring-shaped part. By means of the arrangement, the problem of existing rotating ring-shaped part air flotation-type static balance apparatuses only being suitable for occasions when the width of the part is short, and being unable to perform static balancing on a rotating ring-shaped part which has a long width is solved, and static balancing on rotating ring-shaped parts of different widths can be achieved.
