Abstract:
A high-precision vertical oil-injecting diamond reamer, comprising a reamer rod (5), a reamer rod female connector (6) connected to the rear of the reamer rod (5), a reamer sleeve (3) sleeved in the middle of the reamer rod (5), and a tapered pushrod (8) disposed inside the reamer rod (5) and the reamer rod female connector (6); a wedge block (4) is disposed between the canted surface of the tapered pushrod (8) and the reamer sleeve (3); when the tapered pushrod (8) moves forward, the wedge block (4) expands radially along the reamer sleeve (3); the reamer rod female connector (6) is provided with an oil inlet hole (60) thereon; the reamer rod (5) and the reamer sleeve (3) are respectively provided with an oil outlet hole; and honing oil enters the oil inlet hole (60), passes through the reamer rod female connector (6) and the inside of the reamer rod (5), and flows out of the oil outlet hole. The above structure is novel and compact, has a long guide portion, introduces honing oil from the reamer rod female connector (6), and ejects the oil out of the oil outlet holes on the reamer rod (5) and the reamer sleeve (3), thus quickly removes cutting and abrasion heat, reducing workpiece deformation, and increasing surface roughness.
