A high-precision warning projection lamp for forklift truck illumination, comprising a lamp housing (1), a lamp bead (2) being mounted on the bottom of the lamp housing (1), the end of the inner wall of the lamp housing (1) next to an opening being provided with a first mounting step (11), a lens (3) being disposed on the first mounting step (11), a second mounting step (31) being disposed on the circumferential ring of the lens (3), a locking bolt (12) being connected to the end part of the lamp housing (1) in a threaded manner, the end part of the lamp housing (1) being provided with a pressing block (13), the locking bolt (12) passing through the pressing block (13) to be connected to the end part of the lamp housing (1), and a side face of the pressing block (13) abutting the second mounting step (31) and locking the lens (3) onto the first mounting step (11); a transparent protective cover (4) covers the outside of the lens (3); a partially convex condensing part (32) is disposed on the lens (3), the condensing part (32) bulging in the middle to form a convex lens (3) and being used for condensing part of the illumination light emitted by the light bead (2) to form a highlight pattern. The projection lamp increases the safety of forklift truck operation, and increases the precision of the lamp bead (2) position.
