Abstract:
A high pressure accelerated aging test machine for finished chip test and a use method therefor. The test machine comprises an upper machine body (1), a pressure door (2) being movably mounted on a front surface of the upper machine body (1), two sealing rings (5) arranged in a vertical direction being fixedly mounted on a rear surface of the pressure door (2), a pressure valve (4) being fixedly mounted at a middle part of an upper surface of the upper machine body (1), a support frame (14) being fixedly mounted on an inner wall of a bottom end of the upper machine body (1), an upper end of the support frame (14) being fixedly mounted with a cylindrical pressure box (8), circular holes (12) being provided at the position on an arc side face of the pressure box (8) and being in one-to-one correspondence with the sealing rings (5), a clamping mechanism (13) being fixedly mounted at the position where an arc inner wall of the pressure box (8) is aligned with the circular holes (12). By means of the provided clamping mechanism (13), it is convenient for an operator to clamp a chip to be tested, and the clamping width of the clamping mechanism (13) can be adjusted according to the size of the chip, and by means of the provided pressure valve (4), the discharge of air pressure can be precisely controlled, improving the safety during operation.
