Abstract:
A high-pressure diaphragm compressor, which relates to the technical field of diaphragm compressors. The high-pressure diaphragm compressor comprises a gas head (1) and an oil head (4) which are sequentially arranged in an axial direction. A diaphragm (2) and an oil distribution plate (3) are arranged between the gas head (1) and the oil head (4). The diaphragm (2) and the oil distribution plate (3) are tightly clamped between the gas head (1) and the oil head (4), and a gas cavity (5) and an oil cavity (6) are respectively formed between the diaphragm (2) and the gas head (1) and between the diaphragm (2) and the oil distribution disc (3). An oil cylinder hole (41) is formed in the oil head (4), a piston (7) is arranged in the oil cylinder hole (41), and a piston rod (8) is arranged below the piston (7). The upper end of the piston rod (8) abuts against the lower end of the piston (7). The piston (7) can be separated from the piston rod (8). The lower end of the piston rod (8) is connected to a compressor crank linkage mechanism. Therefore, the problem that air easily enters the piston seal of the high-pressure diaphragm compressor and the oil cavity are solved, and the performance of the high-pressure diaphragm compressor is improved.
