Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-rise building fire suppression and disaster escape apparatus comprising: rappelling equipment (30) provided on the rooftop of a building; a fire suppression unit (10) which is raised or lowered by a single chain (C) connected to the rappelling equipment (30); a shake-prevention unit (20) which is provided above the fire suppression unit (10), has a through-hole through which the chain (C) passes, and includes a slow descent device that rotates while engaged with the chain (C) that passes through; a disaster victim boarding unit (60) which is provided below the fire suppression unit (10); and a control device for controlling the rappelling equipment (30) and the fire suppression unit (10). The high-rise building fire suppression and disaster escape apparatus according to the present invention is configured such that, when a fire or disaster occurs, the disaster escape apparatus configured to be operated while connected by the single chain (C) is fixed to the building, thus having the effect of quickly suppressing the fire at the site where the fire occurred, while at the same time guiding safe boarding and remotely controlling the safe lowering of the escape apparatus.
