Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-risk waste liquid feeding combustion process, comprising: S1, storing waste mineral oil containing a small amount of alkyl aluminum in an alkyl aluminum moving tank, and conveying same to a nitrogen conveying waste liquid feeding station in a boundary area in a nitrogen sealing state; S2, rapidly and movably connecting a first nitrogen pipeline to an inlet end of the alkyl aluminum moving tank, rapidly and movably connecting a waste liquid pipeline to an outlet end of the alkyl aluminum moving tank, and connecting an outlet end of the waste liquid pipeline to a burner of a rotary kiln; S3, pressing, into the waste liquid pipeline by means of high-pressure nitrogen introduced into the first nitrogen pipeline, the waste mineral oil stored in the alkyl aluminum moving tank; and S4, pressing the waste mineral oil in the waste liquid pipeline into the burner of the rotary kiln by means of the high-pressure nitrogen introduced into a second nitrogen pipeline, and fully atomizing, by means of compressed air introduced into a combustion-supporting pipeline, the waste mineral oil entering the burner of the rotary kiln to facilitate sufficient combustion. According to the present invention, under the condition of ensuring safe operation, a high-risk waste liquid is sufficiently and efficiently combusted.
