Abstract:
Provided is a high shearing, bending, and rolling CNC machine tool having precise positioning, comprising a machine body (1); the top surface of the machine body (1) is provided with a machining base (2); a fixing frame (6) is provided on the top of the machining base (2); the bottom end of the fixing frame (6) is fixedly connected to the top end of the machine body (1); the front side surface of the machine body is provided with a maintenance door (4), and the machine body (1) and the maintenance door (4) are movably connected by means of hinges, the top surface of the fixing frame (6) being provided with a groove (7). By means of arranging a gear (14), a toothed bar (15), and a slide block (16), a sleeve (8) slides on the fixed frame, and can adjust the machining position of a drill rod (11); the slide block (16) slides in a slide groove (10), a ball bearing (18) rolls in a ball bearing groove (17), ensuring that the sleeve (8) is relatively smooth and unobstructed when moving, and there is less resistance; a pressure plate (23) and spring (22) are provided, the pressure plate (23) exerting a squeezing effect on the spring (22) to flexibly fix the machining workpiece, providing a good position-limiting effect; a rubber pad at the bottom of the pressure plate (23) is in contact with the machining workpiece, thus avoiding shaking of the machining workpiece during hole-drilling.
