Abstract:
Provided is a high-specific-activity acidic mannanase mutant. The mutant comprises at least one mutation site of F46S/Q, Y132F, T148K/R, F223L/W/M, L259M, S263E/T/D, W264F/Y/M/V, T266F/K/Y/L/G/Q, P335Q/E/K/T, and D336G. The specific activity of said mutant is significantly higher than that of a wild-type mannanase, and said mutant can be widely applied to the field of feed.
