Abstract:
The present invention provides a high-speed continuous device for producing baked goods with which it is possible to improve productivity of baked goods by extracting the baked goods continuously at high speed and being able to convey the extracted baked goods in an orderly manner. A high-speed continuous device for producing baked goods 1 is provided with a baking device 2, an extraction device 6, and a conveyance device 7. The baking device 2 has a circulating conveyor 3 and a plurality of baking pan stands 4. The extraction device 6 has a grasping part 60. The circulating conveyor 3 and the grasping part 60 are mechanically connected via a motion conversion/transmission mechanism 37 that transmits the rotational motion of a rotating shaft 322 of the circulating conveyor 3 by converting the motion into a horizontal reciprocating motion of the grasping part 60. When the baking pan stand 4 is conveyed by the circulating conveyor 3 to an extraction position B in the circulating conveyor 3, the circulating conveyor 3 and the grasping part 60 move in a manner synchronized by the motion conversion/transmission mechanism 37 so that the grasping part 60 performs an extraction operation that involves grasping a plurality of baked goods 10 from a baking pan 5 of the baking pan stand 4 and transferring the baked goods to the conveyance device 7.
