Abstract:
A high-speed grinding head having high balance, comprising at least one grinding head group and a grinding head transmission mechanism. Each grinding head transmission mechanism is provided with a driving gear (11), a grinding head motor driving the driving gear (11) to rotate, and a gear transmission group correspondingly driving each grinding head group to operate; the gear transmission group is provided with a first transition gear (13), a first transition gear shaft (131), a second transition gear (14), a second transition gear shaft (141), a forward-rotation gear (15), a forward-rotation gear shaft (151), a backward-rotation gear (16), and a backward-rotation gear shaft (161); the driving gear (11) is engaged with the first transition gear (13), the first transition gear (13) is engaged with the second transition gear (14) and the forward-rotation gear (15), and the second transition gear (14) is engaged with the backward-rotation gear (16); and each grinding head group is provided with a forward-rotation grinding head provided at the lower end of the forward-rotation gear shaft (151) and a backward-rotation grinding head provided at the lower end of the backward-rotation gear shaft (161). Each grinding head group is provided with the forward-rotation grinding head and the backward-rotation grinding head which have one-to-one correspondence with each other; the interaction forces of self-rotations of the two grinding heads are counteracted in a grinding process, such that the balance of the grinding heads is improved, and a good stone grinding and polishing effect is achieved.
