Abstract:
A high-speed and high-precision energy-saving dual-station multi-axis linkage laser machining device capable of circumferential machining. A laser head (9) can perform free circumferential machining around a workpiece; moreover, because multi-axis linkage can be achieved, the laser machining device is high in machining efficiency, can achieve machining at multiple angles without stopping, is wide in application range, does not need to be disassembled and refixed for multiple times, and also has the machining precision remarkably improved. Furthermore, after a temperature sensor is provided, in a working process, the temperature sensor can measure the temperature of a position in the front of a machining point in real time, and then feed a temperature signal back to a system for calculation; the system subtracts the current temperature of the workpiece according to a temperature required for laser machining so as to down-regulate the power, thereby saving the energy and improving the machining quality.
