Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high-speed steel wire feeding device for a nail making machine, comprising: a pair of left and right blocks (3, 4) having a long length in the direction in which a steel wire (2a) is fed; an elastic support means that elastically supports the left block (3) and the right block (4); left and right front end rollers (17, 18, 19, 20) installed at the bottom ends of the left and right blocks (3, 4); a plurality of pairs of left and right rear end rollers (15, 16) installed at the rear ends of the bottoms of the left and right blocks (3, 4); a front end power transmission unit that transmits power to the left and right front end rollers (17, 18, 19, 20); a rear end power transmission unit that transmits power to the left and right rear end rollers (15, 16); and a power transmission means (112) that transmits power to the front end power transmission unit and the rear end power transmission unit. The front end power transmission unit includes: a spur gear (150) fixed by being inserted into a shaft rod (7) of a left front end roller (15a); a connection gear (151) meshed with the spur gear (150); a spur gear (152) meshed with the connection gear (151) and fixed by being inserted into a shaft rod (9) of the left front end roller (17); a spur gear (153) inserted into and fixed to a shaft rod (8) of a right front end roller (16a); a connection gear (154) meshed with the spur gear (153); a spur gear (155) meshed with the connection gear (154) and fixed by being inserted into a shaft rod (10) of the right front end roller (18).
