Abstract:
The present invention relates to a high speed technique and apparatus for quantifying cerebral cortex shrinkage on the basis of deep learning. A method according to the present invention relates to a method in which, unlike conventional diagnoses of brain shrinkage disease performed by measuring the thickness of the cerebral cortex, brain shrinkage parameters regarding the minimum distance from the center point to the boundary of each region of the cerebral cortex are measured, and to a method for providing information necessary for brain shrinkage diagnosis using the measurement method, and the method according to the present invention can be used in the diagnosis of various brain shrinkage diseases.
