Abstract:
A high strength composite valve core, comprising a valve core housing (1) provided with a water inlet (10) and a water outlet (11); a ceramic moving plate (2) and a ceramic static plate (3) which are mounted inside of the valve core housing (1); a sealed inner liner (4) which drives the ceramic moving plate (2) to rotate; and a valve rod (5) which drives the sealed inner liner (4) to rotate; a sealing pad (6) is provided at a bottom portion of the ceramic static plate (3), and the valve rod (5) is detachably connected to the sealed inner liner (4); O-shaped sealing rings (41) are provided between an outer side of the sealed inner liner (4) and an inner wall of the valve core housing (1); sealed inner liner limiting platforms (42) and valve core housing limiting platforms (12) that cooperate with one another are provided between the sealed inner liner (4) and the valve core housing (1); lubricating gaskets (7) are fixed between the sealed inner liner limiting platforms (42) and the housing limiting platforms (12), the lubricating gaskets (7) being far from the water inlet (10) and being located above the O-shaped sealing rings (41); further comprised is a metal sleeve (8) which is provided at the exterior of the valve core housing (1). The invention has the technical effects of easy installation, preventing dust after the lubrication gaskets are worn out from mixing with water in the valve core, enhancing the structural strength of the valve core housing and preventing rupturing and installation damage when measuring water pressure.
