Description:
DESCRIPTION

HIGH STRENGTH DOOR AND FRAME PROFILE

Technical Field The invention relates to PVC doors which are used in places such as house, office, bureau, etc.

The said invention relates to a door with high strength and a frame profile, with cellular tie pieces that are formed within the structure.

State of the Art

Nowadays, doors and frames that are made of PVC material are used in all living areas such as houses, workplaces, offices, public buildings. Since PVC door systems are generally used as balcony doors, bathroom doors, and WC doors, they can also be used as room doors in indoors.

The strength of PVC doors produced in the prior art is low. For this reason, PVC doors are only used in WC, bathroom, and balcony doors. Therefore, the usage area of PVC doors is limited due to its low strength values. In the prior art, PVC doors remain inadequate esthetically. Moreover, an extra cost occurs because of the coating method.

Other PVC doors in the prior art are produced by different composite materials and have limited use in house, bureau, and workplaces.

As the PVC doors used in the prior art have low strength, their lifetime is short. In order to increase the strength of the PVC doors used in the prior art, different materials are added to raw materials during production. This increases the production costs.

In the literature search, various structuring are encountered related to the said PVC doors. One of these is the utility model entitled "Double wing crash PVC door" with an application number of 2014/03939. In the summary of the invention with a classification of E06B 5/00, the following statement takes place: "The invention is a double wing crash PVC door, wherein it is composed of a door frame, wings, wing holders that hold wings, impact preventive pumpers on both wings, which are reinforced by synchronous compact plates in order to soften the impacts at the crash points, and at least one aluminum hinge on each wing holder, which provides the wings to be opened inward and outward". Another example for the said structuring is the utility model entitled "Wooden-like PVC coated panel door" with an application number of 2009/08767. In the summary of the invention with a classification of E06B 1 /00, the following statement takes place: "This invention relates to a wooden-like PVC coated panel door, wherein its production area belongs to wood industry and it is obtained by coating the outer surfaces of panel doors, which are used for separating partitions and rooms in construction sector, generally in interior decoration of buildings, with PVC which is more resistant to atmospheric effects, has a wooden-like appearance decoratively, is much more durable than wood with its scratch-proof property, presents high insulation properties, and is light and easy to clean".

Another example for PVC door structure is the utility model with an application number of 2006/04551 and a classification of E05B 1/00. In the summary of the said application, the following statement takes place: "The invention relates to a door structure manufactured by PVC which includes door frame, back band, door wing, and hinge and is mounted to mounting wall; wherein it includes an installation channel which is formed on the door frame of the said door structure and manufactured by PVC material, by which the said back band is fixed by means of pushing and fitting and tabs on the said installation channel and back band, which are formed for the purpose of fixing by tightening each other".

In the abovementioned applications, the PVC doors which are placed to the entrance/exit parts in the inside and outside of the places such as houses, offices, etc. are the doors only manufactured by PVC material. Therefore, these applications can be examples of some disadvantages mentioned above. In conclusion, advances have been made in PVC doors in parallel to developing technology; thus, novel structuring is needed to eliminate the abovementioned disadvantages and to bring solution for the current systems.

Object of the Invention

The invention relates to PVC doors which are developed to solve the said disadvantages and to bring some additional advantages, distinctly door frame structures that use in the prior art.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the PVC door structures to high values with advancing production method Since there is no need to use extra materials to increase the strength, the production cost also decreases.

Another purpose of the invention is to expand the area of use with the door having high strength values and frame structuring; thereby, to increase the profit of the manufacturer gained by high sales opportunities.

Another purpose of the invention is to decrease the cost for coating that will be used to provide esthetic appearance. Another purpose of the invention is to provide long lifetime by the high strength structure of the doors.

In order to fulfill the abovementioned purposes, cells having tie pieces formed between the outer walls of the PVC door and frame are included. Structural characteristics and all advantages of the invention will be clearly understood by the below figures and the detailed description written by referencing these figures. Thus, evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed description into consideration.

Detailed Description of an Example of the Invention

In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the PVC doors (20) according to the invention are explained only for the better understanding of the subject and will not form any limiting effect. In Figure-1 , the two-dimensional view of the door frame profile system (A) which has a structure suitable for the use in indoor and outdoor places and includes a frame (10) to which back band is mounted (50) and a door (20) mounted to the said frame (10) by a hinge (40), is illustrated. The cells (21 ) having tie pieces (24) formed between the outer walls of the said PVC door (20) and frame (10) are included. The principle of structure;

Figure 1 is the two-dimensional top view of the said PVC door (20) mounted to the door frame (10).

The said PVC doors (20) have cells (21 ) which increase the strength. The movement of the said PVC door (20) is provided by the frame (10).

Moreover, there is a box profile (30) on the interior bottom of the PVC door (20). There is also another box profile (20) on the inside where the PVC door (20) is fixed to the frame (10). The said box profiles (30) strengthen the structure by easing the mounting of the PVC door (20) to the frame

(10) .

The principle of Mounting;

The back band (50) is fixed to the structure which is prepared for the door found in room entrance. Then, the frame (10) is mounted to the back band (50) by installing into the frame back band gap

(1 1 ) .

The frame (10) has one box profile (30). The PVC door (20) having cells (21 ) is settled on the box profile (30) of the frame (10) by leaving the hinge (40) between them. The box profile (30) of the PVC door (20) and the box profile (30) of the frame (10) are engaged. By this process, mounting of the PVC door (20) to the frame (10) is provided.

Before the mounting process, pattern coating (22) is performed to the outer surface of the PVC door (20). By this way, the PVC door (20) has an esthetic appearance.
