Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a high-strength and high formability cold-rolled hot-galvanized strip steel, comprising a substrate and a zinc coating plated on the substrate. The substrate comprises Fe and inevitable impurities, and further comprises the following chemical elements in percentage by mass: C: 0.15-0.25%; Mn: 2.2-3.0%; Si: 0.3-0.9%; Al: 0.1-0.5%; Nb: 0.01-0.1%; Ti: 0.01-0.1%; and Cr: 0.01-0.3%. A base of a microstructure of the substrate comprises retained austenite having a volume fraction of 5-15%, and the microstructure further comprises a carbide precipitated phase having a size less than 80 nm. Accordingly, further disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for the high-strength and high formability cold-rolled hot-galvanized strip steel, comprising the steps of: (1) smelting and casting; (2) hot rolling; (3) pickling; (4) cold rolling; (5) hot galvanizing and recrystallization annealing; and (6) cooling after galvanizing.
