Abstract:

A hot-dip zinc plating layer or an alloyed hot-dip zinc plating layer is formed on the surface of a base steel sheet comprising, in terms of volume fractions, 40 to 90% of a ferrite phase, and not more than 5% of a retained austenite phase, and the proportion of non-recrystallized ferrite with respect to the total ferrite phase is not more than 50% in terms of volume fraction. Furthermore, the particle size ratio of crystal grains in the ferrite phase, which is obtained by dividing the average particle size in the rolling direction by the average particle size in the sheet width direction is 0.75 to 1.33; the length ratio of hard structures dispersed in island shapes, which is obtained by dividing the average length in the rolling direction by the average length in the sheet width direction, is 0.75 to 1.33; and the average aspect ratio of inclusions is not more than 5.0.
