Title:
HIGH-STRENGTH HOT-DIP GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/158063
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A purpose of the present invention is to provide a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet that is suitable as a high-strength steel sheet for an energy absorption member of a vehicle, has a tensile strength (TS) of 980 MPa or greater, and has superior breakage resistance during a collision, as well as to provide a manufacturing method for the same. This high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet has a hot-dip galvanized layer on a surface of the steel sheet and includes, as the component composition thereof by mass%, C: 0.07-0.20%, Si: 0.1-2.0%, Mn: 2.0-3.5%, P: 0.05% or less, S: 0.05% or less, and Sol. Al: 0.005-0.1%, the remainder consisting of Fe and unavoidable impurities, wherein the steel structure by area percentage is ferrite: 60% or less, tempered martensite: 40% or more, and fresh martensite: 10% or less, and the void density of a bent section in a VDA bending test is 1500/mm2 or less.
