Abstract:
Disclosed by the present utility model is a high-strength numerical control milling cutter, comprising a cutter holder; the right side of the cutter holder is fixedly connected to a cutter head, the surface of the cutter head is provided with a cutter groove, the surface of the cutter head is coated with a protective coating, the protective coating comprises an abrasion-resistant coating and a protective substrate, the abrasion-resistant coating comprises a first abrasion-resistant layer and a second abrasion-resistant layer, the left side of the cutter holder is fixedly connected to a cutter seat, the front side and the back side of the cutter seat are provided with position-limiting grooves, and the first abrasion-resistant layer is located at the outer side of the second abrasion-resistant layer. By means of the cutter holder, the cutter seat, the position-limiting grooves, the cutter head, the cutter groove, the protective coating, the abrasion-resistant coating, the protective substrate, the first abrasion-resistant layer and the second abrasion-resistant layer, the present utility model allows the milling cutter to achieve a high usage strength function, which solves the problems in the current market in which the milling cutter is not equipped with a high usage strength function, cutter tools are easily worn down during use, which leads to difficulties with cutting and a propensity for cutter disintegration, thus damaging the milling cutter and affecting the service life.
